Ellyse Kwan is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW. She graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws.

Prior to KPT Defence Lawyers, Ellyse worked at a Corporate Law firm in Hong Kong before she explored her interest in Criminal Law. She has attained experience representing people charged with Traffic Law offences and complex Criminal matters, having worked in Criminal Defence. Ellyse has experience in instructing Barristers in court hearings, bail applications and trials in the Local and District Court.

Ellyse is passionate about defending people and having their rights recognised. She is also currently part of our personal injury team and deals with a variety of matters such as workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims in a range of jurisdictions.
